When shopping at ROZIOR you can always change your mind.

You will be allowed to return / replace any Product that you are not satisfied with, for any reason; within 15 days of receipt of the product.

In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, mail us on sales@rozior.com within 15 days of receipt of the product to report the incident.

Returns/Replacement and Refunds

Sometimes things just don't work out and you may change your mind. At ROZIOR, we totally understand and respect your choice. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you've got 15 days to return your purchased sunglasses for either a full refund or an exchange. Before you send the sunglass back, please contact Customer Support Team and they will be happy to help with the return process.

Your purchased sunglasses must be returned in 'as new' (undamaged) condition, with original packaging (including all tags attached) and proof of purchase (with "Proof of Purchase" receipt or invoice), using the return address provided by the customer support team within the country of purchase 15 days from the date of purchase. Based on the availability, ROZIOR will provide an exchange for new sunglasses that you select (up to the amount of the original purchase price paid) or a full refund of the original purchase price paid.

Our change of mind promise does not apply if you have broken or damaged the sunglasses in any way. It cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.

Instructions for Returning by Post

For all online purchase, return must be made via post / courier service.

  • Please send an email to the customer support team sales@rozior.com with your invoice ID or Sales Order number with following information:

  • Sales team will provide you the return authorisation number & send you the return form
  • Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product, making sure to include the proof of purchase delivered in the original order. Fill-up the Return Form and put in the return package.

Note: ROZIOR cannot accept responsibility for orders that are not received. In this case, you'll be responsible for paying delivery costs. The return procedure usually takes 5-10 business days for your return to be received and processed by our After Sales Centre. You will receive an email notification when ROZIOR refund the price of the item(s). Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method and normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt. Customers should select the return post supplier & bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to ROZIOR return centre & should be able to track the return delivery. In any circumstance, ROZIOR will not be liable for the loss, damage or misplace of product during return shipment.

Payment Information:

ROZIOR do not capture or save any payment related information i.e. card details or bank account information from customers.

  • We only accept Cash On Delivery order in India.
  • After order submission, Rozior sales team will contact you to confirm the delivery address and order content.
  • All orders are delivered by third part COS service provider. Based on their arrangements, COD provider company can accept cash/card or PayTM payments.

Terms & Conditions

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Customer needs to bear the shipping costs while returning the products.
  • ROZIOR shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
  • ROZIOR shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • Returns would not be accepted for products specially customized according to specific requirements. ROZIOR would accept returns if ROZIOR believe that there was any fault from our end.
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or malfunction or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. ROZIOR may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
  • In case of product return, ROZIOR will issue a refund once ROZIOR receive the product back at our warehouse.
  • If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 10 working days.
  • Within 10 days merchant will receive the damaged product from customer and after 3 days merchant will deliver the replacement of product.
  • Refunds normally arrive within 7-10 business days after product received at ROZIOR return centre.
  • In no circumstance, ROZIOR can issue the refund until the product is returned back and checked at ROZIOR Return Centre.

Warranty

 

  • This applies only to products that are registered by customers on ROZIOR website, irrespective of where they buy the product from. 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects. Scratches and accidental damaged are not covered.
  • All ROZIOR eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for one years from the date of purchase with a valid receipt. The ROZIOR warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit. Alteration of ROZIOR products will void warranty.
  • For all warranty claims please contact the Authorized Sales Centre in respective country. Please do not send prescription sunglasses directly back to ROZIOR.

Terms & Conditions


  • Any defect or damage to product during delivery should be reported within 24 hrs of receiving the product.
  • All online orders need to be send to ROZIOR Sales & Return centre by post.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required i.e. Invoice / Sales Order
  • Customer needs to bear the shipping costs while returning the products.
  • Warranty does not cover accessories i.e. case, box, cloth etc.
  • No additional accessories i.e. case, box, cloth etc. will be supplied with replacement
  • Scratching of the lenses is regarded as a normal consequence of wear and is not covered by the warranty, unless you can prove that the product was defective at the time of delivery.
  • All conditions related to warranty are subject to change without any prior notice, ROZIOR reserve the right of decision in case of any dispute.
