ROZIOR wants you to enjoy the sun without any worries. Accident may happens & your sunglasses may break. But don’t worry at all!! So if you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 12 months of date of purchase, our ROZIOR Replacement discount promise will apply.
The replacement discount is 50% of the retail price paid at time of purchase for the damaged sunglasses. Your damaged sunglasses must be returned with Proof of Purchase to ROZIOR return centre in the country of purchase within 12 months from the date of purchase.
The replacement discount cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion, or for the purchase of sale items.
For all online purchase, return must be made via post / courier service.
1. Please send an email to the customer support team firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice ID or Sales Order number with following information:

Damage Details: * Provide pictures and full detail of damage
2. Sales team will provide you the return authorisation number & send you the return form.
3. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product, making sure to include the proof of purchase delivered in the original order. Fill-up the Return Form and put in the return package.
The return procedure usually takes 5-10 business days for your return to be received and processed by our After Sales Centre.
