1. How can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via PAYTM or NEFT. Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account.

NOTE: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest

2. What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

ROZIOR assures you the best of quality when it comes to our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. We shall issue 85% refund of the cost of the product (15% shall be charged as Order Processing charges.)

You need to notify us first before returning any product. You may do this through writing us on sales@rozior.com before returning any product. Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund.

3. The product that I received was damaged and I want to return it. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, mail us on sales@rozior.com within 24 hours to report the incident.

4. How do I Return/Replace my order?

Sometimes things just don't work out and you may change your mind. At ROZIOR, we totally understand and respect your choice. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you've got 15 days to return your purchased sunglasses to us for either a full refund or an exchange.

Your purchased sunglasses must be returned in 'as new' (undamaged) condition, with original packaging (including all tags attached) and proof of purchase (with "Proof of Purchase" receipt or invoice), using the return address provided by the customer support team within 15 days from the date of purchase.

5. What is the exchange policy?

Sometimes things just don't work out and you may change your mind. At ROZIOR, we totally understand and respect your choice. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you've got 15 days to return your purchased sunglasses to for either a full refund or an exchange. Before you send the sunglass back, please contact Customer Support Team and they will be happy to help with the return process.

6. How to claim Accidental Damage Cover?

Rozior wants you to enjoy the sun without any worries. Accident may happens & your sunglasses may break. But don’t worry at all!. So if you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 12 months of date of purchase, our Rozior Replacement discount promise will apply.
